Since 2009, yoga has been my path to self-discovery, healing, joy, balance, and spiritual growth. This practice has helped me align with my true self, providing grounding and calm during life’s challenges while deepening my spirituality and connection to my higher self.
I completed my 200-hour RYT certification at Yoga Kula in Berkeley, specializing in the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga, under the guidance of Saraswati Clare, Amy Ippoliti, and Doug Keller. My teaching journey includes leading classes at Bridges Fitness, working as a substitute teacher at Gaia Yoga Studio, and teaching community classes at Yoga Kula. I continue to organize “Yoga in the Park” sessions for kids and parents, volunteer in 1st and 2nd-grade classrooms at my daughter’s school and serve as a mindful leader at Spirit Rock for family events. I have also deepened my teaching and adjustment techniques through ongoing work assisting Katharine Otis at Gaia Yoga Studio.
I offer heart-centered yoga classes that blend Hatha, Vinyasa, and Anusara styles to help students cultivate inner peace, wisdom, and balance. In a nurturing environment, each mindful movement and breath promotes self-awareness and deep relaxation, leaving students with renewed clarity, calm, and joy.
I can't wait to see you in my class! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, I'm excited to share the transformative power of yoga with you. Let's flow, breathe, and grow together on the mat!
